Building a Social Media Strategy

AYM Syntex is one of India’s top yarn manufacturers. Social media was initially seen as a box to tick-off in the marketing checklist. But they soon felt the need to level-up their social media game. Spacebar was approached to increase brand impact by:

2. Creating a customer community with higher social media traction in terms of followers and engagement

Levelling-up the Communication

A complete shift in AYM Syntex’s communication strategy was undertaken. Moving away from promoting their yarn products, the communication was moulded to talk more about the brand, what it stands for, and its community impact. Engagement activities like polls, giveaways and more were regularly undertaken. 

All of this brought AYM Syntex on par with other national and global manufacturing brands.

Delivering the Results

Delivering real results had to be more than just levelling up their communication. This meant providing tangible growth, and that’s what we achieved! In just 4 months of taking over their social media pages, the results spoke for themselves. 

  • 29% follower growth on Instagram 
  • 7.5% follower growth on LinkedIn 
  • 20% post impressions increase on Facebook 
  • 52% engagement climb on Instagram 

Crafting a Journey

We’re building an evolving journey for AYM Syntex. It’s more end-customer focused, brighter, playful and big-brand oriented. A whole strategy is being put in place for AYM Syntex to dominate the yarn conversation in the digital space.
