Looking to Inspire Better Career Choices
Antarang Foundation is an NGO that focuses on guiding young students from marginalised backgrounds to pick careers of their choice. With this vision in mind, a strong on-ground campaign was needed to capture their hearts and minds and inspire them to be open to building a career based on their interests.
Write Your Own Story
The creative minds at Spacebar put their heads together to come up with two campaigns. The core of the idea was communication that wasn’t direct, but rather inspired students to tap into better career opportunities. A campaign called “Write Your Own Story” was set. One series of posters aptly captured how students shouldn’t limit themselves on account of gender, distance or wrong perceptions. Another series told the stories of people who overcame many struggles to work in their dream jobs.
This campaign was adapted into Hindi and Marathi, and the posters were put up in many schools partnered with Antarang Foundation.
